[FONT=&quot]Tasks

• To perform duties assigned in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations and instructions of Physical Security Department Manager.
• To report to superiors for every problem encountered during the work process.
• To monitor and follow-up the Monitoring Centre daily activities by ensuring the continuously improvement of security systems, efficient coverage of any emergent situation and take proactive measures to prevent any unpredictive situation.
• To strictly ensure an effective implementation of Monitoring Centre Standard Procedures.
• To manage work processes performed at Monitoring Centre related to well-functioning of the electronic systems, monitoring and actions/measures needed to be taken according to standard procedures.

• To plan (design)/ install, configure, implement, monitor, supervise and analyze infrastructure systems related to intruder & fire alarm, video surveillance or other systems in collaboration with the support companies and bank units.

• To demonstrate an in depth understanding of available and emerging security systems and how those technologies combine to ensure the right solutions in any case.

• To realize a secure administration of all documents/ data/ codes related to Electronic Security Systems and their users.

• To monitor, analyze and troubleshoot Electronic Safes daily activity according to Electronic Safe Operating Regulation.

• To analyze and resolve faults, whether it is a major system crash in collaboration with other units or contracted company.

• To control, supervise and improve the operators daily work activity and performance.

• To provide continuous training and technical support for Operators on implemented technologies.

• To assist and propose to Department Manager new designs and technologies of Security systems.

• To follow up and to provide support to installation processes of Security Systems/ elements or related to them in branches, offsite ATMs, H.O. and BKT buildings.

• To assist on budget preparation and monitoring of all expenses related to electronic systems (devices, software, etc).

• To control the CCTV and Alarm monitoring equipment/ software including (CCTV, Fire and Intruder Alarms, Safes or other systems) and to treat all the issues found with the contracted companies and bank’s units.

• To carry out any other duties and operate any additional equipment relevant to the running of the center as a result of future developments.

• To ensure the fulfilling of the service agreement with support companies related to the well-functioning of the electronical systems including maintenance, technical interventions, installation projects, installation, configuration etc.

• To archive electronically camera records related to different incidents subject of investigation or criminal cases.

• To provide intelligence information to all bank units/ State Police, Prosecution or other authorized institutions on data subjects or areas as requested in line with legal framework and internal procedures.

• To participate in seminars regarding his/her job, training programs and meetings when it is required.
• To perform all the duties given related to the emergency situations, evacuation plan and emergency infrastructure.
• To perform other duties assigned by Department Manager.

• To be a university graduate (preferably Informatic / Electronic Engineer or Information Technology).
• To have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• To be strictly reserved about all security information.
• To possess high integrity.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• To be careful, demanding and well-organized in work.
• Be able to travel.
• To possess qualities required by Bank’s internal regulation.
• To have knowledge about communication applications.
• To have good command of English language.
