Sales Hunter / Inside Sales
Required to work Monday through Friday 8 a.m - 5 p.m CST (3p.m-12a.m Al)

We are seeking dynamic, team-oriented, results driven, New Business Hunters to continue to build our company. Barrister Global Services Network, Inc. needs Business Hunters to develop strong business relationships and produce results independently.
Our Business Hunters establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. They drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. They prospect for potential customers using various direct and indirect methods. Business Hunters maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the ability to convert qualified sales leads into signed commitments. You will actively match the needs of the client with the features and benefits of existing and new services. You will have the ability to establish relationships and maintain strong rapport with a variety of client roles and personalities.

A successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to take initiative if they see a gap; meaning someone who can seek out issues and tackle those issues and own them.

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience (1-3 years) in a related sales field.
  • You must have perfect spoken and written English Skills
  • Dynamic Personality – the ability to be able to work with all levels of co-workers and clients, and be able to adapt quickly to different personalities.
  • Ability to drive a project from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure that the department stays fully linked internally and with the rest of the company or client.
  • Delivery – it is imperative that each Business Hunter is able to provide results without having to be micro managed to produce results.

  • Strong and confident closing skills.
  • Confidence and assertiveness to progress situations with minimal support.
  • Skilled negotiator, tenacious and determined.
  • Responds well to time pressures and deadlines.
  • Numerate, analytical with good understanding of corporate finance.
