Job responsibilities
Recruitment for all categories of work force,
Administration of activites of HR in Durrës,
Keeping and maintaining HR records,
Controlling training production documentation,
Controllling check in-out system and filling the timesheet document,
Strict collaboration and support of production,
Preparing the needed documentation for any kind of controlling and/ or audit, inspection, etc.
Supporting HR activities during company certifciations processess,
Preferred Profile,
University Degree,
Labor law knowledges,
Excellent organizing skills,
Confict management skills,
Very good knowledge of English Language,
German language will be considered an asset,
Organized and detail oriented,
Very good computer skills,
Initiative and ability to solve problems,
