Job title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Reports to: Consulting Company Principals

Job Summary:

Provides administrative support to a consulting company. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project-based work. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Respond and transfer as appropriate phone inquiries.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Create, modify, and copyedit documents as required.
• Create and modify simple spreadsheets as required.
• Create and modify presentations
• Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Maintain mail registry and document protocol
• Ensure attractive and tidy appearance of common spaces.
• Setup and coordinate logistics of meetings.
• Maintain schedules of Partners.
• Support Associates in assigned project-based work, including proofreading.
• Other support duties as assigned.


• University diploma.
• Excellent writing and copy-editing skills.
• Must have fluent use of Microsoft Office and Excel. PowerPoint preferred.
• Excellent manners and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize well
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher
• Superior knowledge of Albanian grammar and business writing.
• Very good English required; knowledge of other languages desirable.

Additional advantageous skills:

• Ability to multitask, record-keeping and bookkeeping experience, editorial/proofreading experience.
