IT Infrastructure DBA Expert

Purpose of the Position: Administer, Implement & Maintain Company Database Systems.

Main Tasks:
  1. Installing, patching, maintaining, and monitoring databases.
  2. Managing the use of and management of memory.
  3. Maintaining, securing, and operating databases.
  4. Ensuring that data is correctly stored and retrieved.
  5. Working with developers to design and implement new features and troubleshoot any issues.
  6. Minimize database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
Education: University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent. Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.

Experience: At least 3-5+ years of experience working with Kubernetes and Docker.

Skills:
  • Proven working experience as a Database Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL.
  • Good knowledge of English.
