Managed Services Expert

Purpose of the Position: Provide high level design in ICT and IoT solution.

Main Tasks:
  1. Advise the right technologies to be used in the respective solutions and domains.
  2. Support in defining the right methodology during the design and deployment of ICT services.
  3. Define the KPIs to benchmark ICT and IoT solutions in various domains.
  4. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ICT domain.
  5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  6. Design, plan and coordinate infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, improvements and/or newly required service deployments.
  7. Audit customer infrastructure setups, assess capability and provide recommendations for dealing with performance and capacity issues, hardware and software end of life and new requirements and present findings to customers via audit report.
  8. Research new products to upgrade / to design standardize Managed Services solution offerings.
  9. Participate in operational and business critical projects through the scoping, planning, execution, and implementation.
Education: University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, Data Network and Data Centers.

Skills:
  • Proven experience in ICT and IoT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud architecture and cloud native applications.
  • Strong knowledge on DevOps processes and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of WEB applications frameworks.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytic and strategic thinking skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
