Job Position: Digital Projects Specialist

Summary:
The Digital Projects Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Digital Transformation Manager in the projects and initiatives within Balfin Group. The Digital Projects Specialist ensures that all projects are completed on time and within budget based on the priority order defined.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting digital transformation projects: Support digital transformation projects of Balfin Group and ensure that they are executed according to the defined priority, plan, and budget. Report on project progress & status to Digital Transformation Manager.
• Coordinating with different teams: Closely collaborate with Digital Champions, IT, and all involved stakeholders whether internally or externally and ensure that all necessary and relevant projects related updates are communicated.
• Reporting risks: Reporting the identified project risks associated with project delay, postponement, exceeding budget, and unresponsiveness from supporting departments (IT, Legal, Marketing etc.).
• Digital transformation documentation: Responsible for ensuring that the Digital Transformation and Projects Documentation is the latest and up-to-date, accordingly accessible to all required stakeholders.
• Contribute to external research solutions: Support the Digital Transformation Manager in researching and analyzing external solutions to determine the potential impact. Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of the prospect partners and status of the same.
• Facilitating digital transformation related meetings: After initiation from the Digital Transformation Manager required agenda, to following up with all involved stakeholders on the action points and reporting on the same.

Competencies and Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree, in the fields of business administration or computer science.
• Proven track of working in coordinating within a cross functional or group level projects.
• Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting different variety of projects within an IT, Telecommunication, Real Estate, Retail and Banking Industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Ability to plan, organize and support digital transformation projects within defined priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, provide updates and report on project progress and risks.
• Detail oriented: Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting and any documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Share Point.
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English.
