E2 Partner Group Albania, on behalf of its client is looking for motivated candidates to join an amazing team in the position of Sales Reporting and Analysis Senior Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports based on downloaded data from different Systems, Platforms and other data sources.
- Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Analysis and Presentations based on reports shared from various departments.
- Analyze and monitor performance of Marketing campaigns.
- Ad hoc reports and analyzes upon management request.
- Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements.
- Structure data and prepare reports in Excel and ppt.
- Ability to use the report-writing and analytical skills to turn the data in meaningful business information.
- Communicate with third parties involved in the reporting process in order to improve reporting and analysis
- Able to work with large datasets in order to collect, prepare and reconcile data efficiently.
- Familiar with data visualizations tools and techniques in order to create diverse and appealing visualizations and dashboards.
- Critical thinking and attention to details.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Proven working experience with Excel and other reporting and analyzing tools.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
- Very good commutations skills and ability to integrate quickly in team.
- Able to examine information and data in order to identify business insights and optimize information.
