Requirements
- Fluent German and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good decision making and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Using sales & networking to attract candidates to clients
- Developing a good understanding of clients industry, work culture and environment
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching candidates already in work
- Using candidate databases to match candidates to the client's roles
- Briefing candidates regarding; clients, role responsibilities, salary and benefits
- Preparing CVs and client application related paperwork
- Client and candidate liaison to arrange interviews and provide post interview feedback
- Negotiating salary rates and finalising start dates
