.NET SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Skills Required:
·Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics or related discipline, or have equivalent
experience.
·Strong Interpersonal Skills – ability to work with people with a variety of skillsets.
·4+ years of general IT experience.
·4+ years in a Designer and Senior Developer role delivering .Net based systems.
·Experience with .Net 3.5/4.0 (Windows Workflow Foundation, Windows Communication Framework).
·Experience developing ORM (object-relational mapping) based data access using NHibernate or Hibernate.
Preferred Skills:
· Knowledge of ORM concepts, WCF Web Services, SOAP, WSDL and XML
· Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills. Knowledge of UML and AOP.
· Excellent understanding of MS architecture patterns and Object-Oriented design
Patterns. Knowledge of security solutions in .NET Platform.

Your role as a member of the IT team is to help design, develop, test, implement and support the new system per specifications. You should possess project management and organization skills to gain consensus among team members with excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and business audience.
