[FONT=&quot]MEGATEK is the biggest “Do It Yourself” Hypermarket in Albania that is selling everything that you need to build and decorate your house. MEGATEK is looking for Marketing Director and the purpose of position is:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies and managing effectively the advertising, promotional and marketing activities of the company[/FONT][FONT=&quot].[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Duties and Responsibilities[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The Marketing Director performs the following duties:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Creates, develops and supervises the implementation of Marketing strategies. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Conducts market research and evaluates customer research through Customer Relationship Management Program (CRM) and other resources; and uses the pertinent findings for planning and implementing improvement in the marketing strategies as required. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Develops and manages Marketing Department budget and ensures the delivery of all Marketing activities within agreed budget and time. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Establishes and maintains contacts with Marketing Agencies and other suppliers in order to create and develop audio-visual and visual communication. Oversees all Marketing, advertising, and promotional activities; including the production of all printed materials, video materials and other Marketing activities with best possible price and quality; [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Manages media coverage across all available media; Updates Megatek’s web page and other online applications related to Megatek’s web presence (marketing point of view). [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Establishes and ensures the implementation of Corporate Identity guidelines in all visual materials, Megatek’s main store area and resellers (Point of Sale). [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Plans and organizes Megateks national and international presence in Fairs, Exhibitions, Conferences, Construction and similar Workshops. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Other duties may be asked to perform based on the business requirement and CEO discretion which the Marketing Director is obliged to perform.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications and Skills[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Education: Degree in Marketing or business related field from an accredited university[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Experience : 3-4 years of previous experience in similar positions [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.[/FONT]
