We are looking for a Laboratory Equipments Sales Specialist to cover Albanian territory.


the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue and profit goals through new account acquisition and existing account management.
• Make an average of 6-8 client calls per day and spend approximately 4 days per week in the territory
• Have a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, attributes and advantages
• Present new programs to customers to influence buying behavior
• Manage customer relations within assigned accounts for all issues and transactions
• Maintain a close working relationship with laboratory departments
• Manage expenses and resources for optimum return
• Prepare proposals and tender responses and contract renewals, that provide customers with a variety of flexible purchase options
• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of customer database and contract information for assigned territory
• Responsible for making presentations, demonstrations to/with key customers and decision-makers


Qualifications
• BS degree in Life Science disciplines, preferably Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related discipline
• MSc in Life Sciences will be on the priority list of applicants
• Demonstrated proficiency with technical information involving BLOT TECHNIQUES, MICROPLATE ELISA, IMMUNOFLUORESCENCE, ALLERGY TESTING and similar principles
• Track record of clinical expertise with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex terminology and clinical diagnostic principles
• 2 to 4 years experience in the diagnostic field in a clinical, laboratory and/or sales position
• Sales, Territory Management selling to hospitals, clinics and diagnostic labs
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in utilizing processing and spreadsheet software
• High energy level with the drive, tenacity and determination to win
• Ability to effectively run a home-office and spend most days of the week managing and attending to the needs of the territory
• Ability and willingness to travel 40 to 50% of the time including overnight outside of base
