[FONT=&quot]Assisting the Marketing Manager on all ongoing processes [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Duties and Responsibilities[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The Marketing Specialist performs the following duties:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Performs administrative and office support activities for the marketing department;[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Updates and chases delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Schedules and organizes various activities such as meetings, conferences, special projects, fairs etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Manages telephone calls, word processing, filing, faxing, e-mailing[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Participates in in-store surveys, competition-point of sales surveys, other market and buyers behaviors surveys.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Composes and prepares reports, correspondence, evaluations, presentations, minutes of meetings; proofreads documents for accuracy.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Controls and proofs the quality, quantity and price of every marketing material (such as visits cards, diff. printed materials, give away-s etc) provided by the marketing agency and other suppliers.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Maintains liaison between marketing manager and other contacts in order to ensure the smooth information flow even in cases when marketing manager is not present.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Controls the distribution of marketing materials such as leaflets, brochures etc.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Updates accordingly the marketing budget.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Maintains the offers and agreements database.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications and Skills[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Education: University Degree in Business Administration, preferably Marketing branch[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Experience : 2 years of previous experience in similar positions [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.[/FONT]
