Call Centre Supervisor
Position Profile:



§ Reports to the Operations Manager;
§ Motivates, manages and develops a multi-disciplined call centre team in order to promote exceptional levels of customer service and meet the country's objectives;
§ Sets targets and assigns tasks among teams;
§ Responsible for achieving quantitative, qualitative and financial objectives.
Candidate Profile:


§ Strong leadership and people management skills;
§ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group across global business.
§ Strong analytical skills;
§ Self motivated, ambitious and target oriented professional;
§ University degree;
§ Excellent command of the English language;

Previous experience in a Call Center role, (collections, telemarketing, customer service) will be highly appreciated.
