Head Cashier

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Effectively train and direct the activities of cashiers assigned to the front and set the standard for customer service.
  • Supports to resolve cashier problems with the system and customers.
  • Ability to process merchandise information through store computer system, POS register system and complete all required paperwork according to policy
  • Schedule the working shifts accordingly to peak hours and overloaded days
  • professional manner and provide quick responsive service to maximize the customer's shopping experience
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Balances cash drawer and receipts; documents discrepancies at the end of each shift

Qualifications and Skills
Education: University degree
Experience : A minimum of 3 years professional experience in management position.
Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.

Other :
  • Excellent organisational skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work harmoniously in a team;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
