Job duties inclusive but not limited to:
Operations in finance software. Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. Preparing and executing bank transactions in the behalf of the company. Preparing and executing transactions related to taxes and other fiscal obligations of the company.
Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties will include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Other duties as assigned.


The ideal candidate should have at least:


• 2 year of experience in a financial related position,
• University education Faculty of Economics (Finance degree is an advantage),
• Solid knowledge of written and spoken English
• Capability of working on several projects at the same time
• Ability to work in team, and share success
