The ProCredit group comprises 21 financial institutions which focus on providing responsible banking services to very small, small and medium sized businesses in transition economies and developing countries. For these businesses we strive to be the “house bank” – offering comprehensive and transparent financial services. The growth of these businesses contributes to the economic development and promotes job creation.

In addition we strive to develop a savings culture amongst private persons and to provide responsible and transparent banking services to those who live and work in the neighbourhoods in which we operate.


Currently we are looking to recruit for the South region:

Branch Managers

Your main responsibilities will consist in:


  • Identifying the needs and requests of the personel in terms of training and organizing the work in the branch. Responsible for the evaluation of the performance and productivity of the staff.
  • Insuring that the customers of the branch gets the proper treatment / service from the bank personel, matintening long term relation with the customers and identifying the principal factors of business. Dealing directly with the main accounts of the customers.
  • Representing ProCredit Bank in the respective city.
  • Analizing the development of the market for for each segment of customers and rapporting these developments to the Management Board. Organizing direct promotion by monitoring by analizing the development of the different market segments and the competition.
  • Preparing and following up the Business Plan in line with the rules and the politics of the Bank.
  • Directing the Credit committees according to the procedures in place related to Credit.
  • Approving specified transactions according to the Payment Manual, Cash Box Manual, Card Manual and ATM Manual.
  • Insuring an efficient and proper usage of the assets of the bank and being responsible for the security in each premises and ATM of his / her operational area. Identifying the needs for developing the branch and ATM network.

  • University Degree.
  • Excellent influential and communicative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Computer literacy.
  • At least two years of experience in comparable position
