Background
MEGATEK is the first “Do It Yourself” Hypermarket that will sell everything that you need to build and decorate your house. Megatek is looking for a Private Sector Sales Supervisor in order to cover the sales all over the country.



Duties and Responsibilities
  • Turns the divisional targets into Private Sector Sales Planning regarding activity, segmentation, promotion and department’s resources allocation.
  • Suggests best course of action for target achievement and problem resolution based on the weekly sales analysis.
  • Monitors on daily basis the Private Sector Sales Force activities and progress according to the divisional targets and procedures.
  • Develops strategic thinking by analyzing commercial strategy and monitoring distribution channels needs.
  • Conducts frequent visits to major customers in order to:
  • Listen to customers and market needs and reports them in the company,
  • Identify potential problems and assures that Private Sector Sales Representatives provides adequate solutions.
  • Interfaces on daily basis with distribution channel to ensure the implementation of commercial sales strategy and resolve possible channels issues.
  • Provides routine, periodical and ad-hoc report analysis of sales results and clientele coverage for the private sector.
  • Plans the required human resources for covering all operations of the private sector sales force and participates in the selection process of the required employees.
  • Develops, communicates and monitors performance expectations,
  • Prepares and conducts periodical evaluations of the employees’ performance.
  • Provides on the job coaching and training to employees under direct supervision.
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration

Advanced Degree in Business related fields would be an asset

Work Experience : At least 5 years of working experience in sales and management position.

Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian

Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Other skills:
-Excellent organizational and coordination skills
-Excellent planning and monitoring skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to coordinate, delegate and negotiate.
