In addition we strive to develop a savings culture amongst private persons and to provide responsible and transparent banking services to those who live and work in the neighbourhoods in which we operate.


Currently we are looking to recruit for our Large Business Sector the South region (Vlora and Fieri):

CRM for Medium Business Clients

Directly subordinate of: Large Business Coordinator/ Manager, Head Office
Purpose of Work:

  • Establish and maintain the relationship between Medium* Business Clients and the Bank.
  • Ensure the Loyalty of the customer towards the bank in long term.
  • Develop stronger relationships with the existing clients.
  • Retention of Large Clients of the respective area covered.
  • Increase sales and profitability from the portfolio he/she manages.
  • Improve customer service for Large Business Clients.
  • Improve efficiency on serving Large Business Clients.

Your main responsibilities will consist in:


  • Selection of potential Medium Business Clients in close cooperation with Coordinator/Manager in Large Business Sector and Branch Managers in the region.
  • Initiating and organizing meeting with key existing customers under its portfolio.
  • Initiating and organizing meetings with potential new clients in the respective area.
  • Filling the Call Report any time after meeting the customer.
  • Serving as Main Contact Person for the clients met.
  • Negotiating the business deal/agreement with Medium Clients under its portfolio as per conditions approved by the bank.
  • Working closely with the Credit Analyst by delivering all the information available in the file, for preparing the Loan Application and Summary. CRM can also be present while the Credit Analyst makes financial analysis for a Loan deal.
  • Initiating and participating in all meetings with the respective clients under its portfolio.
  • Establishing and keeping close relations with clients in his portfolio.
  • Handling complaints from clients of its portfolio.
  • Focusing on customer needs and offering tailor-made packages with the final aim to meet their needs
  • Negotiating the package with Clients and preparing the summary of the deal.
  • Participating with client’s activities and invite clients to bank’s activities.

  • University degree in Economics.
  • Excellent skills in communication sales and negotiation.
  • Very good analytical skills, to know and understand the economic situation of the client.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.
  • Positive approach to working in teams and with good attention to detail;
  • Proactive, with initiative and a good decision maker.
*Medium Clients are clients that have a yearly turnover over 500,000 EUR and exposure between 0-500,000 EUR
