Supervisor

Main Responsibilities

[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Ensure company sales promotion, image building and brand awareness in appropriate channel, through development and implementation of plans and concepts in line with company strategy aiming at achieving sales targets.
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Managing and leading the company’s sales force.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Responsible for sales and distribution.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Responsible for sales analysis.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Responsible for liaising with other departments such as marketing.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Team management.

Key position requirements

[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Education: University Degree.
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Working experience:
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Three years of working experiences in sales and distribution, preferably in international company and FMCG industry.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Personal characteristics:
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Capacity for organization and coordination of projects and staff.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Ability for monitoring and job performance appraisal.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Analytical thinking and ability for strategic planning.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Ability for gathering and organizing data and forecasting.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Independent personality with capacity to coordinate with other departments (e.g. marketing department).
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Ability for networking with business stake holders.
[FONT=&quot] [/FONT]Ability for controlling and monitoring the work of distributors.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Communication skills and ability to work within a team.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Ability for reporting.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Languages: English language – proficient (both written and spoken) and Albanian language – proficient (both written and spoken).
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Computer skills: MS Office – literate.
[FONT=&quot][/FONT]Driving license.
