YOUR TASKS:
Aim of the job:
• Provide and maintain network and technical support for servers and applications.
• User support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action
Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
• Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Research questions using available information resources
• Advise user on appropriate action
• Follow standard help desk procedures
• Log all help desk interactions
• Administer help desk software
• Redirect problems to appropriate resource
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
• Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
• Prepare activity reports
• Experience with Microsoft office tools (Excel / Word / Access)
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Technical degree
• 5 years Professional Experience
• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
• Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
• Related experience and training
• Fluent in English Language
• Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communicator, innovative and good influencing skills
• Proven ability to work with a specialist, high performing and multi-cultural team.
• Ability to engender positive and reliable work attitude when confronting with high pressure business situations
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in service and customer orientation.
• Results oriented and goal driven achievement with strong quality focus.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Willingness to work in shifts
