Shqiperi, Call for procurement of service provider to support the farmers’ clubs in the formalization process
The Union for Development and Integration of Roma Minority in Albania “Amaro-Drom” is looking to procure a service provider to support the farmers’ clubs in the formalization process, under the project “Sustainable improvement of livelihood of Roma communities in Albania”, implemented in the communities of Morava-Berat, Levan -Fier and Grabian, Plug, Gramsh / Zhamë –Lushnjë during 2021-2022.
The engaged Consultant will first, make an elaboration of the legal framework, suggestions for the registration types –business (social business) or association (social enterprise). After that, the Consultant will prepare an analysis of the local situation in respective areas. Based on that, one famer club will be completely assisted in the registration procedure. Due to the pandemic situation, meetings might be options of happening online –altogether or separated, depending on the availability of the involved parties. At the end, the Consultant will prepare the legal package for the selected farmer club and finalize the registration process. The assignment, conducted during October -November 2021 in the 5 project areas and Amaro-Drom office, will be concluded by the preparation of the narrative report both in Albanian and English language. The meetings will be accompanied by supporting documentation (presence list, photos, presentation materials, legal framework folder, etc.).
