Job Description
- Receive and verify incoming bills, log into accounting system ensuring proper job costing accounting, and ensure timely payment.
- Manage cash reconciliations and credit card sales
- Registration of cash and bank statements and payment orders
- Inventory Management ( purchases, transfers, differences )
- Cost of Product Analyse
- Preparing daily reports for the management
- Calculatuion and documentation of all salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions (payroll taxes, garnishments, social security,)
- Manage all Tax Declarations to the C@TS System
- Generate Payables reports and other reports as requested.
- Maintain cash projection schedule, which is prepared at the beginning of the month
- Analyzing spending and other financial data and making recommendations
- Accounting and Finance Degree
- Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) and accounting software
- Proficiency in English Language
- Min 3 years experience in accounting & finance
