KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
Department: Sales Department
Reports to: Sales Manager
Basic responsibilities:
- Develops and implements the business plan for the given region based in the company strategy to achieve the target sales in pharmacies.
- Identifies the key pharmacies, related to the GSK marketing strategies.
- Identifies and creates excellent relationships with the regional distributors and key pharmacies with the intention of the good storing of all GSK medicines and vaccines
- Held’s individual meetings, group meetings, presentations or other activities, pharmacists, and regional distributors with the objective of GSK products promotion and target sales achievement.
- Planes and assures full territorial coverage.
- Follows and analyses circumstances and reasons of competitor’s movement in the drug market.
- Analyses and identifies regions financial possibilities. Gives advices about handling problems with clients and develops productive relationships with the clients.
- Fulfil other duties and activities defined by superiors according to thecompany needs.
- Diploma Degree. Medicine or Pharmacy
- At least 2 years sales experience
- Foreign language (English) – knowledge level according assignment requirements
- Computer skills
- Driving licence
- Excellent capabilities in business opportunity identification and decisions.
- Excellent communication capabilities and ability of creating continues relationships with clients.
- Initiative due ability in solving problems, decision making within his competences.
- Ability of info gathering from different sources
- Convincing and interacting abilities
- Analytical ability
- Ability of time organising.
- Team working abilities
