JUNIOR RECRUITER AND TALENT MANAGER

Location: Tirana
Position Type: This is a full-time position
Start date: As soon as possible

The position
The successful applicant will assume responsibility for recruiting, managing and improving the talents pool for all allocated languages.
The succesful candidate will assist in recruitment efforts at global level and will be responsible for the full life-cycle selection process: recruit,
screen and test talents according to the needs and the requirements of the business.

Among others, main specific responsibilities include:
  • Proactively source, assess, interview and hire qualified candidates.
  • Maintain talents pool database (contact information, availability, areas of expertise, rate negotiation, rate mappings, override requests, etc.).
  • Ensure all associated documentation is kept secured and up to date.
  • Provide support to allocate talents best qualified for the nature of each project and within the allocated budget.
  • Quickly react to the shift in priorities and design around those effective and scalable recruiting strategies.
  • Implement creative recruiting strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Assess talents with respect to overall LocalEyes business strategy.
  • Serve as an expert for selecting and testing talents at global level.
  • Post jobs, network and source across multiple channels.
  • Prepare contracts.
  • Creating various reports and documents to provide current searches/hirings/openings information.
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources, tools and techniques to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Manage candidates and talents activity through databases and ATS.
  • Take proactive measures to flag any issue before or during the entire recruitment process.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Outstanding spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent sense of urgency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals both internal and external to the organization in a clear, focused and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of sourcing efficiently for quality hires.
  • Goals oriented and quality driven.
  • Flexible to change with strong ability to prioritize multiple vacancies/projects.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both as part of a Team and independently.
  • Excellent people skills and ability to judge character.
  • Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease.
  • Be very accurate, detail oriented, persuasive, persistent and patient.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive and effective working relationships at different levels.
