We are seeking a motivated and organized Shopify Sales Agent to find and close sales for new Shopify website or partial renovation of existing one. After making initial contact, you will present the benefits of our services, helping them understand how our 3 plans works and find the best that suits them in order to increase theirs sales. We prefer candidates who have at least two years of experience in Shopify e-commerce platform.

Sales Agent Duties and Responsibilities
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Contact potential customers through website, phone calls and emails.
- Determine customer needs and offer plans and solutions and support.
- Close sales and lead customer through the purchasing process
- Meet all quotas for inside and outside sales
- Maintain a record of calls through our computerized system
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
- High school degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus in informatics
- 2+ years of online sales experience
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce experience
- Excellent communication skills
