[h=1]Job Summary:[/h]The Information Technology Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
[h=1]Supervisory Responsibilities:[/h]·[FONT="] [/FONT]Hires and trains members of the technical staff.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
[h=2]Duties/Responsibilities:[/h]·[FONT="] [/FONT]Manages projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, and staffing.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information as needed to prepare project status reports.
·[FONT="] [/FONT]Performs other related duties as assigned.
