Senior Travel Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Travel Manager to join our team!

Duties and responsibilities
-Research various destinations, plan and organize travel itineraries, air tickets, accommodation, car rental, trains and other mean of transportations.
-Research destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc. -Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs.
-Research and study clients’ specifications and wishes, suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs.
-Use promotional techniques and offer different services and offerings according to the client profile.
-Inform clients and provide useful travel material (experiences, maps, events, etc)
-Collect payments, check balances, analyze client financial status, suggest cost cut.
-Track KPIs and prepare KPI reports.
- Attend webinars, conferences, and other International educational programs.
- Keep learning about latest industry trends, self-learner and with ability to extend their know –how and grow in the industry.
Requirements and qualifications
3 years of experience as a Travel Agent or similar role
Passionate about Hospitality
Proficiency in English (Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
Good knowledge of at least one GDS & Sprk, also other Saas platforms.
Good sales skills and customer-oriented approach
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Excellent knowledge about latest tourism trends
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field
