Union for Developmentand Integration of Roma Minorities in Albania "Amaro-Drom", in theframework of the project "Sustainable improvement of the lives of Romacommunities in Albania", supported by We-Effect and implemented in the communitiesof Morava-Berat, Grabian, Plug, Levan, Gramsh and Zhama-Lushnjë, is seeking the help of an experienced professional to prepare a study report on the effects of pandemics in the marginalized groups in rural areas (especially on Roma people: Roma women, Roma people with disabilities, children, single parents, especially single mothers, elderly people, etc.).
The main focus of this assignment will be the identification of multiple pandemic-engendered difficulties faced by Roma communities related to social protection, migration for work, discrimination and anti-gypsyism, as well as unequal access to information and services, including difficulties in health, employment, education and housing. The study report should include total number of 100 people.
