BACKGROUND
Auleda - Local Economic Development Agency Vlore, is a non-profit organization which operates in the district of Vlora since 2003. Our mission is the development of policies and the implementation of initiatives and projects for society, economic, cultural and environmental Vlora district with the aim of spreading the culture of integration and strengthening of resources, skills and competencies according to their human principles.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
One of the main focus of Auleda is the economic development of the region. Through the past years Auleda has been offering its financial and non-financial services, including the development of business plans, loans, capacity building, trainings, etc. The Business Specialist will be responsible for the coordination of all the activities and services related to businesses. He will assist enterprises, coordinate activities and facilitate the communication between businesses and Auleda.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Preparation of business plans upon the request of our target;
• Field visit to SME-s in rural and urban area;
• Organization of capacity buildings and trainings;
• Plan activities and prepare the right methodologies in order to implement them;
• Assist the policy and research experts during research activities and policy writing in the field of business development;
• Monitoring and evaluation of the project activities related to SME-s, rural economic activities.

MAIN PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

Required:
• MsC. Master of Science studies in the field of economy, finance, business management
• Have good knowledge of the national grant schemes of AZHBR and International Grant Schemes IPARD, their rules and modalities of operation;
• At least two years of experience in the field of business services;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Very good knowledge of English language;

Desirable:
• Previous experiences with business development activities;
• Previous experiences with EU project implementation will be advantage.
