Director of Marketing Demand Generation & Inside Sales
The Barrister Global Marketing Director will be responsible for driving demand, generating pipeline for sales segments, and nurturing prospects in our sales funnel that supports and aligns with the company’s priorities and revenue goals. This position plays a vital role in increasing the awareness of our brand with a specific focus on generating quality leads for the sales team and managing the regional marketing efforts to develop thought leadership, Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing programs and revenue generating campaigns. Additionally, the Barrister Global Director will lead the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team, including hiring, onboarding, ongoing training and ensuring the ISR team is successful. This role collaborates closely with sales and other marketing team members to maximize the creation of qualified sales opportunities.What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Primary Responsibilities: Barrister Global Responsibilities develop multi-channel, integrated campaigns (paid digital, email, web, social, LinkedIn, outbound calling, and account-based marketing).Align sales, and marketing teams to effectively execute integrated campaigns with flawless precision.Model and quantify the effect of Barrister Global programs on pipeline and revenue across channels.Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all programs, creating results forecasts, and tracking performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes.Optimize the marketing technology stack, including the marketing automation platform, integrations, database refinement (both account and persona level) and lead nurturing programs.Recommend innovative tools for improved engagement and conversions.Recommend changes for optimization of funnel and conversion.Identifying content, assets, and offers to leverage prospect campaigns; utilize existing content and generate new ideas/requests to fill content gaps. Collaborate with brand and product marketing to develop content distribution plans across marketing channels (social networks, paid ads, content syndication, blog, display, web and email). Barrister Global Leader Responsibilities: Assess current Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) processes and technologies and make updates that help maximize outreach success.Build a team that consistently hits opportunity targets.Work directly with reps on developing and executing territory-specific prospect campaigns that align to the sales team’s objectives.Ensure the ISR team has a playbook and stays up to date with new products/services.Ensure ongoing training of personas, scripts, and objection handling.Manage and refine compensation plans to optimize performance.
