We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to contribute in business development of our Company.
you will be responsible for onboarding New clients and maintaining good costumers relationships ( Retention / Sales English )
Responsibilities:
• Assisting clients in a friendly, helpful manner via Live Chat, telephone and email.
• Educating clients in the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures.
• Maintaining the company’s high standard of client communication.
• Working as part of a team to ensure department KPI’s are met, particularly with regards to response times and client satisfaction levels.
• Flexible with work hours including weekends
• Explain to the clients about our product offerings.
• Generate more leads from the existing database.
• Client Follow Up.
• Meeting clients face to face.
• Taking Feedback from the clients.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Solid experience and knowledge in Stocks/CFD/Forex or relevant industry is a MUST.
• Successful achievement and results to share.
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English, any additional language is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and pitching skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
Contract length: 12 months.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: 3000$ / Month + Commissions
