Maritim Hotel Plaza Tirana is looking for experienced candidates in the SPA Department.

Job Position: SPA Receptionist

POSITION PURPOSE

The Oblivion Spa Receptionist offers assistance and manages customers by offering a friendly and efficient service. She/he is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, with the main purpose to maintain and to attract new customers.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Welcomes guests with courtesy and by smiling.
  • Books treatments and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
  • Performs SPA tours for guests and explains how to properly use the facilities.
  • Uses proper telephone etiquette.
  • Promotes special packages or promotions.
  • Offers 5-star service at all time.
  • Reports on guest reactions.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree;
  • Fluent in Spoken English. Other languages will be an advantage;

  • Availability to work with shifts is a must.
