Operational manager (m/w)
Description:
Provide administrative support for the International Transportation Department.
Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparing transport orders and register them in the system
• Update all loads with the required information
• Booking deliveries and contact with customers
• Booking subcontractors and ensuring they deliver within agreed terms
• Preparing weekly / monthly reports to managers
• Correspondence in English and/or Italian language
• Other administrative activities

Your profile:

• University degree
• Strong Communication (written and verbal)
• Experience in logistics is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of English and Italian
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to learn new things and seek growth
