- Accept and process customer requests as well as bookings in the booking systems of our customers
- Realize the customer's request and processing in the specified processes of our clients
- Acceptance of complaints and claims
- Recognizing of customer potential
- Recording of the data to be processed
- Responsible processing of inquiries
- Cooperation with the Teamleader
- High School Graduation
- Previous experience in Call Centre Branch preferred
- Knowledge of German language (fluent in writing, reading, speaking and listening) or / and other European languages.
- Ability to work as part of the team and in an open space with up to a maximum of 130 other collaborators.
- Knowledge of Basic IT Environment: IT nets; Operating systems, database, cyber security, cloud, IT Architecture
- Availability to work in the evening
- Previous experience in an fast-pacing environment
- Ability to complete tasks independently, based on the instructions of the Teamleader
- Is committed to excellent performance
- Acceptable, neat presence and commitment to be meticulous
- High level of ethics, moral and honesty
