Role Title: Graphic Designer
Report to: Marketing Director and Bord Members
Location: Tirana, Albania
Duties and Responsibility:
· Create print designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
· Develop graphic themes for internal and external campaigns executed through print, social, and digital media.
· Creative collaboration with the content marketing team members to enhance company image through graphical presentation of our brand through presentation of products, website and other advertising materials.
· Direct the junior designer concerning major projects and other responsibilities.
· Incorporate data driven direction into visual design. Design images that communicate the theme or idea which supports the overall corporate identity and strategy.
· Keep technical skills up-to-date on software and the design industry to apply new knowledge to your job.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: Master Degree in Graphic Design
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years as creative designer with has great design and layout skills, creative flair, and originality.
Skills:
· Effective at designing solutions in a variety of mediums including: print, web, e-newsletters, marketing collateral, identities, publication, etc.
· Able to establish project time lines and estimates, tracking of project details to ensure we have all creative assets within scope and deadlines.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
· Expertise in the design process – conceptualization and planning, designing and executing, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
· Strong organization skills, open to feedback, and detail oriented
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Effective at presenting and explaining ideas to teammates and management.
Languages: Very Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
