[FONT=&quot]The candidate should have knowledge of the below Cisco technology:[/FONT]

  • [FONT=&quot]Cisco CallManager 5.x, 6.x, or 7.x[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Cisco Unity[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]Cisco Voice gateways[/FONT]
  • [FONT=&quot]WAN technology, Quality of Service, fault resiliency.[/FONT]
