Hotel Manager



Hotel Resort “Diamond Hill & SPA", is looking for a talented Manager with proven experience in Lounge bar and beverages , excellent knowledge and command of English language, ability to coordinate the work team, predisposition to problem solving and customer management and to be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the hospitality service.

Core duties include:

• Managing staff:
• Overseeing facility maintenance:
• Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the Hotel's services and amenities.
• Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, managing booking orders.
• Price list in collaboration with owners.
• Optimizing the profit from all the services offered.
• Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
• Enforcing internal policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the clients and also the employees. P.S. Staff-related duties could entail hiring, training and scheduling employees. In addition, you might interact directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction with Hotel services and personnel.

Requirements:

• High level of both Albanian and English languages. Knowledge of Italian and German language ia an advantage:
• At least 3 consecutive years working in similar structures, if abroad is a big advantage:
• Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and data entry software:
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills:
• Passion, responsibilities and devotion to your job

Detyrat kryesore perfshijne:
- Stafi menaxhues,
- Mbikeqyrja e mirembajtjes se objektit,
- Zhvillimi i buxheteve dhe krijimi i fushatave te marketingut dhe promovimeve.
- Mbikeqyrja e te gjitha operacioneve te furnizimeve si caktimi, trajnimi, porositja e furnizimeve, menaxhimi i porosive te prenotimit.
- Lista e çmimeve ne bashkepunim me pronaret.
- Optimizimi i fitimit nga te gjitha sherbimet e ofruara.
- Zbatimi i politikave dhe procedurave te brendshme per te garantuar sigurine e klienteve dhe te punonjesve. P.S. Detyrat qe lidhen me personelin mund te perfshijne punesimin, trajnimin dhe caktimin e punonjesve. Perveç kesaj, ju mund te bashkeveproni drejtperdrejt me klientet per te zgjidhur çeshtjet dhe per te siguruar kenaqesine me sherbimet dhe personelin e hotelit.


Kërkesat:

- Nivel i larte i gjuheve shqipe dhe angleze. Njohja e gjuhes italiane dhe gjermane eshte perparesi.
- Te pakten 3 vjet rresht duke punuar ne struktura te ngjashme, nese jashte vendit eshte nje avantazh i madh.
