Food and Beverage Manager
Hotel Resort "Diamond Hill & SPA",Sky Lounge Bar , is looking for a talented Food and Beverage Manager with proven experience in this field, very good knowledge and command of English language, ability to coordinate the work team, predisposition to problem solving and customer management and to be in charge of overseeing all aspects of the operations on food and beverages.

Njohuri dhe zotërim të shkelqyeshem te gjuhes angleze, aftesi per te koordinuar ekipin e punes, predispozite per zgjidhjen e problemeve dhe menaxhim te klientit dhe te jete i ngarkuar me mbikeqyrjen e te gjitha aspekteve te operacioneve mbi ushqimin dhe pijet.
Detyrat kryesore perfshijne:
- Stafi menaxhues,
- Mbikeqyrja e mirembajtjes se objektit,
- Zhvillimi i buxheteve dhe krijimi i fushatave te marketingut dhe promovimeve.
- Mbikeqyrja e te gjitha operacioneve të furnizimeve si caktimi, trajnimi, porositja e furnizimeve, menaxhimi i porosive të prenotimit.
- Lista e çmimeve ne bashkepunim me pronaret.
- Optimizimi i fitimit nga te gjitha sherbimet e ofruara.
- Zbatimi i politikave dhe procedurave te brendshme per te garantuar sigurine e klienteve dhe te punonjesve. P.S. Detyrat qe lidhen me personelin mund te perfshijnë punesimin, trajnimin dhe caktimin e punonjesve. Perveç kesaj, ju mund të bashkeveproni drejtperdrejt me klientet per te zgjidhur çeshtjet dhe per te siguruar kenaqesinë me sherbimet dhe personelin e hotelit.

Food and Beverage Manager

Core duties include:
- Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standarts;
- Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel:
- Developing budgets and creating marketing and promotions campaigns.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service:
- Design exceptional menus and continuously make necessary improvements:
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns:
- Comply with health and safety regulations:
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
Requirements:
- Proven Food and Beverage experience:
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (Office, restaurant management software, POS):
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently:
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices:
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets:
- Culinary school diploma preferred.
