Primary Objective:

To work and manage employees’ analytics and bio data, to provide HR Analytics Reports based upon reliable data and action driven dashboards.
Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR data & information as a basis of decisions related to Human Resources Management.
  • Creating analytics culture to help drive decisions based on action-oriented dashboards and understanding of Human Resources.
  • Create HR dashboard models.
  • Problem solving by identifying, addressing and resolving data problems in an appropriate manner.
  • Collect raw data to organize, analyze and draw relevant conclusions in a manner that would be relatable to HR & leadership.
  • Prepare Human Resources presentations.
  • Use HR SAP system.
  • Manage HR social media platforms to promote job vacancies, company culture and workplace environment.
  • Prepare and conduct different HR Training topics.
Experience, Knowledge and Competencies

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/ Economics/ Informatics or similar.
  • Min 3 Years’ experience in Data Analytics preferably for HRM.
  • Strong math and analytical skills to perform, interpret and analyze data.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, interpersonal and presentations skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
