Cable Project and Implementation Team Leader


Purpose of Position:

Responsible for cable network projecting and implementation of Albtelecom cable networks.


Main Duties


  • Coordinate and control jobs and duties for each member;
  • Evaluate the performance of each member;
  • Coordinate and control all projects designed;
  • Coordinate the control of the implementation for all ongoing projects;
  • Control and approve the work estimates;
  • Follows and reports the progress of all ongoing projects;
  • Supervise and control the flow of financial documents;
  • Contribute for solving problems occurred during implementation;
  • Participate in acceptance process for implemented projects;


Skills


  • Project Management knowledge;
  • Good Knowledge of MS office applications and other related software programs;
  • Very good managerial, organizational and communication skills;
  • Very good knowledge of English Language;
  • Very good knowledge about IP networking
  • Very good knowledge about Operating Systems and Databases (Linux, Windows, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Very good knowledge about information security
  • Very good knowledge about Fix Voice Systems (SIP, VoIP, SS7)
  • Very good knowledge about presentations and reporting skills.



Experience


  • Minimum 3 years of previous job experience;


Education


  • University Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer science;;
