Greatness Media is hiring a Web Designer! You will be responsible for the everyday web design and search engine optimization, with a focus on digital marketing needs.
Our Web Designer will support lewishowes.com and the launch of a new website too! To be successful in this role,
you will be highly experienced in website maintenance and hosting, updating systems, Wordpress, HubSpot, e-commerce platforms and tools,
online payments systems and back end/internal/external search engine optimization. Social media platform integration, Google integration and analytics is essential.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
Working closely with the marketing team to maximize the website as a way to market all Greatness products and services
Working to uplevel website SEO and SEM
Developing and regularly maintaining website and landing pages
Publishing and optimizing long form podcast articles on the website
Responsibility for site speed and overall impact and bounce rate
Checking and updating Google Search Console errors
Updating and testing Wordpress and Hubspot pages
Updating graphics across all user facing platforms
Tracking user experience on website pages
Conducting page audits to increase results and engagement
Maintaining website comment engagement
YOUR ABILITIES AND EXPERTISE:
3+ years of web design experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
Ability to work on a Mac and Adobe Creative Suite environment
Experience on both Wordpress and Hubspot
Expertise in website design and website coding
Ability to work in a fast paced environment on a wide variety of projects
A positive attitude and desire to work with a team that is changing the world!
THE TEAM YOU’LL COLLABORATE WITH:
You will report to the Head of Operations and will work closely with our Marketing Team.

All things creative take place at The School of Greatness studio in Century City just next to Beverly Hills. But, this position can work remotely from anywhere in the world!
WHEN THE GREATNESS HAPPENS:
The typical work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9AM - 6PM PT with occasional weekend work.
