DMI (Development Management Instruction) is searching for his international partner an exceptionally talented QA LEAD:

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership to quality engineers , i.e. mentoring , onboarding , training etc
· Strong understanding of collecting, analyzing, and sharing QA metrics
· Experience in creating, sharing, implementing, and driving QA roadmaps
· Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
· Manage end to end testing for projects and coordinate with the offshore teams to maintain the testing timelines
· Maintain and deliver proper reports and recommendations to address existing and potential improvements for a product line
· Define/implement strategies to implement QA best practices
· Help ensure projects follow prescribed software development life cycle standards
· Understand and utilize risk-based testing technique
· Conduct data validation and data quality testing independently

Competencies :
· Strong SQL
· RESTful API testing experience
· Experience deploying code to Test environments using Jenkins, BitBucket

Technical Experience :
· Must have 3+ years of QA Lead experience
· 8 plus years of experience in testing Web and Mobile applications preferably in SaaS environment, automation, performance and security testing is a plus
