Specialist / Senior Specialist on Digital Banking and Payment Services -


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and implement the development of Liability Products and Projects
Give direct contribution in product creation/product modification/development and tests processes.
Check products features in the bank system, e-banking, BKT Smart and other channels used by the bank in order to ensure they are well functioning and in accordance with product characteristics.
Assist in implementation of new digital channels for product and services offered.
Prepare, follow and implement projects related to accounts, digital payments, individual money transfers.
Monitor the performance and expand the ATM network. Enhance ATM services provided to customers.
Prepare Feasibility and Profitability reports for each offsite ATM in order to help the decision-making process of approving/canceling/renewing an ATM contract.
Follow all advertisement channels used for liability services, propose new ones and respectively prepare up-to-date advertisement materials.
Support and train branch staff related to digital channels, products characteristics, features, instructions and marketing.
Design different payments products. Following up the procedures of Payment Services taken prom UPT & Money Gram.
Prepare reports and financial analysis based on market research and business intelligence data to present new products/services or new features for actual banking channels.
Contribute in the automatization and formalization of department procedures and processes by preparing Flowcharts, Inter-office Memos and Manuals.

JOB PROFILE

University degree in Economy, Business Informatics, Electronic Engineer or similar faculties.
Have at least 4 years work experience and 2-year experience in related fields in banking sector.
To possess the qualifications required by internal regulations.
To have good PC skills
Working experiences using BI Tools; Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, HTML etc.
To have conceptual, analytic, creative skills for banking sector.
To be able to work overtime as may be required by the job.
To have good command of English.
