Your tasks and responsibilities:
[*=left]Lead our affiliate marketing strategy and drive sales and traffic growth – working with the Head of Digital Marketing to define the strategy.
[*=left]Plan, build and scale the affiliate program to optimise our Forex Company.
[*=left]Plan, execute and optimise our relationship management programs to keep partners engaged and help them generate sales.
[*=left]Own the technical tracking infrastructure and ensure optimal reporting is in place.
[*=left]Increase ROI by helping partners designing, deploying and analysing A/B split tests across content, channels and targeting.
[*=left]Continually refine the partner marketing processes, procedures, metrics, and tools.
[*=left]Ensure affiliates remain compliant by constantly monitoring all of their marketing activity
[*=left]Create and present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and analysis.
[*=left]Keep abreast of newest trends and innovations in the Forex industry with a strong understanding of current and future online marketing concepts, strategies and technologies.
[*=left]Support wider digital marketing tests and trials.
[*=left]Manage partners on a day to day basis – always ensuring their approach and methods meet our brand standards.
[*=left]Work alongside the Head of Digital Marketing and other Digital Marketing Managers to broaden and strengthen your knowledge across all Digital Channels.
Essential Skills and Experience
[*=left]Strong track record within Affiliate Management roles, preferably in a B2C bingo or betting business.
[*=left]An expert understanding of the Online Forex Trading Business.
[*=left]A good knowledge of Forex trading affiliates (Income Access platform experience a significant plus)
[*=left]Strong communication & presentation skills
[*=left]An entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to work effectively with multiple remote team members and stakeholders (both internal and external).
[*=left]Commercially savvy with good numerical ability – you will own the digital marketing budget within your area, so you will need to be fluent in KPI data analysis
[*=left]Keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
[*=left]A strategic and creative thinker – constant focus on innovative and measurable solutions
