Project Manager – Barrister Global Services Network -Albania

Barrister Global Services Network has an opportunity available for a Project Manager role to manage multiple projects across multiple workstreams across a services platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promotes Barrister Global Services Network Core Values and Corporate Goals

  • Manages Project(s) through:

  • Manages schedule, scope, budget and milestone performance of the project.
  • Monitors project plans and maintains updates to action logs. Collaborates with cross-functional team members to gather information and status. Drives to clear the critical paths of the project.
  • Helps to manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Maintains communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Helps to identify new business opportunities with the customer.
  • Executes appropriate level of expectations of performance and business acumen.
Delivers Customer Service Excellence through:

  • Supports Program Manager with overall responsibility to ensure strong financial performance.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction and project deliverables are met.
  • Supports customer business reviews and driving response to follow-up actions.
  • Ongoing continuous improvement in both value to the customer and financial/operational performance.
  • Monitors financial and business performance indicators through available reports.
  • Supports the day-to-day program/projects as needed to grow the business.
Provides strong internal collaboration:

  • Develops and maintains the ongoing collaborative relationship with the sales, professional services, and other operational organizations (material operations, logistics, transportation).
  • Helps to create synergy of process, knowledge, and customer success.
  • Helps to provide business analysis to support the development of business strategies for various customer supply chain programs.
  • Communicates business metrics on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis to management and customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years prior operations management experience is preferred.
  • 1+ year previous program/project or business management experience.
  • Good understanding of financial processes. Able to track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change.
  • Good understanding of the contract process. Ability to manage contract expectations, contract scope, cost and schedule.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes.
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Strong MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CST
