Import Export Specialist
Purpose of the job position: The incumbent is responsible the overall import-export management within company, organize and monitor inbound and outbound logistic operations.
Organizational structure of the unit: Logistics Department
Reports to: PPL Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities.
Competences – knowledge and skills.
Educational background and Professional Experience
Education: Completed University Education in Marketing/Business Administration; Formal education in Logistics or other related field desirable;
Minimum 2 years in similar positions.
Specialist knowledge.
Good knowledge of the procedures of foreign trade and the customs legislation and procedures.
Very good working skills in the Office suite especially in Excel (Pivot table, different formulas);
Experience working with numbers and financials and dynamic working environment is highly desirable;
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to work according to certain deadlines;
Very good communication skills;
Particular skills required for the position.
Availability, ability to work in a team, ability to negotiate with the suppliers.
Ability to organize work, interpersonal skill and to work under pressure and in a diverse and challenging environment.
Foreign language skills.
English: IV. Advanced
Italian: II. Elementary (Communicative)

Import Export Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues;
- Supervise and manage the execution of Import Export documentation, compilation of transport documents;
- Supports in directing inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation , or logistics quality management;
- Monitor and Maintain the balance of materials in value and weight (strictly based on Bill of Material);
- Maintaining relations with the customs authority and 3-month reconciliations and management of customs regimes;
- Management of technological waste and scrap based on the contract of the active processing regime;
- Coordinating with the transport firm regarding the order and respecting the delivery deadlines correctly;
- Reporting the raw material register directly to the superiors;
- Accurate reporting of customs duties (VAT, duties, other duties);
- Maintaining correct relationships with customers;
- Other unspecified tasks and reports required by superiors;
