The Sales Departments at Agna Group are looking to hire a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent quantitative and analytical skills, eager to learn and with ambition to grow professionally in the position of:


Sales Department Assistant

Main tasks:

• Sales Department Analysis
• Responsible for the completion of the administrative tasks
• Communication and coordination with the partners
• Communicating the key objectives to the sales team
• Close cooperation with the Sales Manager and Brand Manager of the department and completion of requested analysis and tasks
• Coordination with the finance department and follow up the execution proccess from the warehouse
• Coordination between Agna Group and our partners’ representatives
• Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments

Requirements and qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Social Sciences or any other similar education.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC is preferable)
- High proficiency level of Greek language
- Very good communication and coordination skills
- Efficiency in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day supervision
