Job brief: Visual Merchandiser skilled in sales
Responsible to issue visual displays guidelines for local markets in line with brand standards,
Support in defining and conducting brand marketing activities. Able to prepare relevant
information to support the business unit in making strategic and commercial decisions, own
the responsibility of keeping all data accurate and clean.
Profile of the candidate
Creative retail Visual Merchandiser with an objective to increase sales, get buyer’s attention
and provide excellent in-store experience.
The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into customers, helping
to achieve sales objectives and respect brand standards.
Responsibilities
• Implement visual merchandising strategy according to brand directives (using visual
display manuals provided by the Company) insuring Miniso international display
standards are achieved;
• Create eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store;
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions
displays;
• Identify key messages and set a clear image;
• Propose design ideas;
• Identify slow moving items and act to promote the same through visual strategy;
• Monitor costs of marketing materials and work within budget;
• Oversee the production of marketing materials;
• Change displays weekly to promote new product launches and reflect festive or
seasonal themes
• Coordinate with local suppliers and source required products and elements;
• Achieve sales goals;
Requirements
• Passion for the job;
• At least 2 years on similar job as Visual Merchandiser or Visual Manager;
• Proven visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising background;
• Solid experience in the field of visual merchandising, including window displays,
signs, interior displays and space utilisation
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools is a plus;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Ability to analyze sales reports;
• English language is required;
Job location: Tirana, possibly weekly visits to Durres on a day trip
