Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings (additional tasks below).
For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Data entry
- Schedule meetings
- Book travel and accommodations
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize managers’ calendars
- Perform market research
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Address employees’ administrative queries
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
- Excellent knowledge of English language (Verbal and Written)
- Excellent communication skills - Need to be able to communicate by email and phone only
- Superior organization skills - Employee must be organized to keep track of assignments
- Multi-Tasking - Need to be comfortable to jump from one task to another
- Able to work independently and in a team
- College degree
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc)
- Must possess drive and determination to see clients succeed
- Willingness to admit and correct mistakes
- Full time availability, 09:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday Eastern Standard Time
